[[set]] status_hold [<text>]

This variable sets the string displayed in the status bar when the current
window has [[window hold mode|HOLD_MODE]] turned on, and there are lines of
text waiting in the queue to be displayed.

This string is represented by %H in the [[set status format|STATUS_FORMAT]]
string.  The %H is treated literally within STATUS_HOLD.

When lines are held, both this setting and [[set status hold
lines|STATUS_HOLD_LINES]] are activated.
